As well as an Executive MBA, Henrik holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool that focused on “Leading Transformational Change in Arab Family Businesses.”

Mr. Henrik is an accomplished, charismatic, and driven leader, determined to implement positive change in large organizations, supported by significant industry experience and a solid academic background. He also has a rare ability to combine strategic understanding and formulation with practical implementation.

Mr. Henrik understands people and knows how to motivate them, enabling him to lead some of the best Arab Family Businesses in the GCC and successfully develop and implement effective change programmes and turnarounds, creating rapid and profitable growth, gaining competitive advantages throughout Construction, Manufacturing, Trading, and Retail.
