With 16 years of professional experience, Ms. Sirine is a skilled Clinical Psychologist with expertise in diagnosing, treating, and preventing mental health disorders. She applies her clinical skills in various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and private practice. Her specialization lies in diagnosing and treating mental disorders using a range of techniques, such as psychotherapy, counseling, and psychological testing. Effective communication is an essential aspect of her practice, as she strives to understand her patients' concerns and explains psychological complexities in an easily comprehensible manner. Ms. Sirine’s career began as a Clinical Psychologist in Saudi Arabia, where she worked with adult patients with conditions like stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. Simultaneously, she conducted initial evaluations, assessments, and interventions for children with autism, hyperactivity, attention deficit, and global developmental delay. Her work encompassed various therapeutic approaches, including behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and individual and group therapy.
In 2012, she worked as a Psychologist at a private clinic, where she extended her expertise to adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients, devising personalized care plans for each case. She also received training in addiction treatment during her studies on the Master's level, engaging in group therapy sessions under supervision. Continuing her professional journey, Ms. Sirine relocated to Doha, Qatar in 2019. In 2020, she completed training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for adult patients with mood disorders.
