The Department of Women’s Health is directed by Western board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology consultants and staffed with DHP-qualified physicians, registered nurses and midwives, focused on providing excellence and quality through multidisciplinary care.
Our Obstetrical services are provided through a full range of outpatient and inpatient care with pre-conception counseling and care; antenatal care; general and specialist clinics for women with chronic or complex care and high-risk pregnancies; intrapartum care and support during labour and normal vaginal delivery, assisted instrumental delivery, and Cesarean sections; postpartum care and mental health support; future pregnancy planning; and postnatal contraception counselling.
Our Gynaecologic Well Woman Health service offers care for general health and well-being tailored specifically for women, including Pap smears; breast screening; menopause care; menorrhagia; fibroids; pelvic pain; uterine prolapse; urinary incontinence; outpatient colposcopy; and day case procedures such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and endometrial balloon ablation.
