Veronica has more that 20 years of successful planning and delivery of complex healthcare projects in Europe and the Middle East, working with the public and private sectors. She has led the planning and delivery of multiple large scale tertiary healthcare campuses and numerous integrated diagnostic healthcare facilities. As Chief Delivery Officer for Elegancia Healthcare, Veronica successfully led the delivery of The View Hospital in 22 months, interfacing the construction, medical equipment and healthcare operational requirements concurrently.
Prior to joining Elegancia, Veronica worked with Accenture Healthcare as an advisor to Healthcare CEO’s and the Department of health at a ministerial level. She was responsible for planning the the strategic merging of two medical campuses, providing the financial and operational oversight for this and many similar projects.
Throughout her career she has demonstrated a result driven and collaborative leadership style based on optimum clinical and corporate governance. A particular area of interest is the use of technology and artificial intelligence in the planning and operations of facilities to improve patient outcomes and drive financial efficiencies, whilst maintaining a disciplined fiscal responsibility to grow the profitability of the business.
Veronica credentials include a Master’s in Public Administration, Institute of Public Administration, Ireland, Diploma in Corporate Governance, Certificates in healthcare design and Leadership from Cornell University, a RGN, with sub-specialising in Kidney and Pancreatic Transplantation.
