Dr. Basma Eliaser possesses a diverse background in the field of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Graduating with a MBBCh from Alfateh University in Tripoli, Libya, in January 2005, Dr. Basma achieved German Board certification in Internal Medicine and Nephrology in Münster, Germany, in April 2019.
With a strong foundation in medicine, Dr. Basma has accumulated a wealth of experience through various residencies and fellowships. Notably, she completed a fellowship in Nephrology at Knappschafskrankenhaus Bottrop, Germany, from June 2012 to July 2017, and a subsequent fellowship at Bergmannsheil Buer Gelsenkirchen, from August 2017 to May 2019.
Dr. Basma has contributed significantly to the healthcare sector through various roles. Notable positions include being a Consultant Nephrologist at Prosper hospital Recklinghausen, one of the teaching Hospital of the University Bochum, Germany, followed by the role of Internist and Nephrologist at the Kidney care Centers with Inpatient and Outpatient Care and Consultation, lastly at KFH-Kidney Center Bottrop, Germany.
Dr. Basma has more than 15 years of experience in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Her scope of work spans inpatient and outpatient care, with a focus on chronic kidney disease, electrolytes disturbances, acute Kidney injury, and dialysis management as well as care of Kidney transplant patients.
