Having completed extensive surgical training in the UK and USA and with over 7 years of practice as a Consultant General & Laparoscopic Surgeon in the United Kingdom, Dr. Moayad developed the skill and expertise to deal with wide variety of general surgical issues in both elective and emergency settings, including: laparoscopic/ open colonic & small bowel resections, laparoscopic hernia repair (all types), laparoscopic gallbladder surgery, benign ano-rectal surgery (haemorrhoids, anal fissure, anal fistula), surgery of pilonidal sinuses and skin lesions, he is also an experienced endoscopist who performed over 3000 gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures. Scope of surgery also includes trauma surgery, emergency abdominal surgery and all other aspects of emergency general surgery.
