Prof. Mohamed Ata Hendaus is a distinguished figure in the field of pediatric medicine. With 19 years of comprehensive experience split between the United States and the State of Qatar, Prof. Mohamed has emerged as a senior consultant in academic general pediatrics, contributing significantly to the advancement of pediatric healthcare.
His educational journey comprises of training at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical College, and at Mount Sinai Hospital in the United States. Prof. Mohamed holds the prestigious titles of Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, Diplomate of the American Board of Medical Specialties, and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Prior to joining the View Hospital as the Head of Pediatric Department, Prof. Mohamed has served as the Chairman of Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He also served as the vice Chair of the Institutional Board Review (IRB), as a member of the clinical information system Physician Leadership committee and was a member of the clinical competency, outpatient department, critical laboratory value and health information exchange committees.
As a pioneering researcher, Prof. Mohamed has spearheaded groundbreaking studies in pediatrics and molecular biology. His work, published in esteemed journals, has been featured at premier international pediatric conferences.
