Elegancia Healthcare -a subsidiary of Estithmar Holding-, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gulf Drilling International, whereby the two parties aim to collaborate together to advance their shared interest in the areas of medical services, preventive screening, medical assessments, health awareness programs and events. The MoU that was signed on December 19th, 2023 by Mr. Joseph Hazel, the CEO of Elegancia Healthcare and Mr. Mark Steven Gibson the CEO of Gulf Drilling International.
