Farah Aboul Hosn is a dynamic healthcare operations leader with over 17 years of cross-functional experience in patient experience, administration, quality management, and clinical nutrition. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Administration and Experience at The View Hospital in affiliation with Cedars-Sinai, Farah oversees a multidisciplinary portfolio encompassing Patient Access, Medical Records, VIP Services, Contact Center Operations, and the hospital's Patient Affairs.

Farah is widely recognized for her strategic leadership and patient-first mindset. She has played a critical role in hospital commissioning projects, developed award-winning patient experience programs, and led high-impact initiatives that blend operational efficiency with compassion-driven care. Her leadership in launching feedback platforms, integrating patient-centered KPIs, and leading complex workflow enhancements has driven measurable improvements in both staff productivity and patient satisfaction.

As a Certified Healthcare Quality Professional (CPHQ) and a certified accreditation auditor and surveyor, Farah has conducted nationwide surveys, driven compliance across large tertiary facilities, and introduced cost-effective and quality-focused operational models in hospitals across Qatar, the UAE, and Lebanon. She is a strong advocate of safety and service excellence, with direct involvement in risk identification, “Good Save” initiatives, and culture transformation programs.

Throughout her career, Farah has held leadership roles at the Dubai Health Authority, Zulekha Hospital, and Ain Wazein Medical Village, with deep expertise in revenue cycle management, healthcare accreditation, nutrition and lifestyle services, and internship program development.

Farah holds a Professional Master’s Degree in Healthcare and Quality Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Minor in Developmental Psychology. She is also PMP-certified and holds additional credentials in healthcare finance, behavioral coaching, and ISO auditing. Fluent in Arabic and English, she is an articulate communicator and respected mentor known for cultivating high-performing teams and fostering cultures of excellence.
