As the Associate Director of Patient Experience at Cedars-Sinai, Max Nicholson leads the Patient Experience (PX) team, overseeing PX efforts for the Cedars-Sinai main campus, Marina hospital, and associated Medical Practices.
In a previous role as Manager of Talent Management at Cedars-Sinai, Max led the development of Talent Planning, Employee Engagement, Compliance Training, and workforce analytics programs.
Max joined Cedars-Sinai in January 2020 after spending the prior 4 years with Fox Entertainment Group in various Human Resources and Organizational Development positions.
Max has an M.S. in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Development from the University of Southern California, along with an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
